Research Associate Roles

These are our technical teams and play a pivotal role in the research life cycle from design to completion. The levels range from Junior Associate, Associate and Senior Associate which are informed by the candidate’s level of education and experience.   For more details: Job Description

Field Enumerator Roles

These are teams that conduct face to face or phone (CATI) interviews . Typically Bachelor’s degree holders, highly skilled in conducting both qualitative and quantitative interviews, are good communicators, have developed language skills and are agile and flexible to be deployed at short notice. Apata Insights keeps a roster of field enumerators to draw from when an activity arises. For more details: Job Description

Principal Investigators

These are research leaders  experienced in studying the different programmatic areas we work in for example, livelihoods, education, agri-business, health economics, etcetera. Though typically not full time, they are key in the design and implementation of questions and  studies we undertake.
