Field Enumerator Roles

Field Enumerators are teams that conduct interviews with respondents in the field for face to face interviews or over the phone for Computer Assisted Telephone Interviews. Typically, field interviewers are Bachelor’s degree holders, highly skilled in conducting both qualitative and quantitative interviews, are good communicators, have developed language skills and are agile and flexible to be deployed at short notice. Research Associate Roles

These are our technical teams and play a pivotal role in the research life cycle from design to completion. The levels range from Junior Associate, Associate and Senior Associate which are informed by the candidate’s level of education and experience. Principal Investigator Roles

Principal Investigators are research leaders who are experienced in studying the different programmatic areas we work in for example, livelihoods, education, agri-business, health economics, etcetera. Though principal investigators are typically not full time with us, they are key in the design and implementation of the questions and the studies we undertake. Principal Investigators are typically Phd holder subject matter experts with publishing experience and experience running and participating in rigorous studies.
